For BCAM members
Treatment Finder by PatientPulse
A member page for BCAM members who run a clinic with its own website. It sits on the clinic's own website, catches the visitor who knows what bothers her but not what fixes it, guides her to the treatments the clinic already offers, and sends the clinic a briefed enquiry instead of a blank form.
No visitor leaves undecided. Every enquiry arrives briefed.
What it is
- Catch. A visitor types what is bothering her ("tired-looking eyes") instead of hunting a menu of treatment names.
- Guide. The finder maps that to the clinic's own menu, with downtime and budget in plain language, and never recommends a treatment the clinic does not offer.
- Brief. The enquiry arrives with her concern, what she can live with for downtime, and her shortlist, so reception knows the opening line before dialling.
- Count. The clinic sees it all in its own dashboard: opens, briefed enquiries, and the number of visitors who started with a concern, not a treatment name.
We catch, guide, brief and count. The clinic consults, decides, treats and converts.
For members
The standard 14-day free trial. Every clinic starts the same way, BCAM members included.
Card required to start, nothing charged for 14 days. One plan, £299 a month or £2,990 a year after the trial.
Guidance, not diagnosis
Treatment Finder gives guidance, not diagnosis. It maps what a visitor types to the treatments a clinic already offers and hands the clinic a briefed enquiry; the consultation, the decision and the treatment stay with the practitioner. Prescription-only medicines are presented by their treatment area rather than advertised by name to the public, in line with the CAP Code and MHRA guidance. This is not legal advice.
Our compliance page aligns to published JCCP guidance on advertising and patient communication. JCCP is a standards body and is not a partner.
What we ask of BCAM, and what we do not
We ask for a listing in member benefits, a newsletter mention, or a thirty-minute education session on why patients leave clinic websites silently and what they actually type. We do not ask for an endorsement, and we will not describe BCAM as recommending PatientPulse. Member data stays with BCAM; we see nothing but code redemptions.
